HUMAN RESOURCES PROCESSES

Works with CEO and/or Human Resources Manager to analyze current human resources processes such as hiring, performance results descriptions, performance assessments, succession planning, and compensation plans, and re- design them to fit according to corporate purpose and desired outcomes. Has helped set up Human Resources processes and systems for growing companies.

Works on projects such as writing employee manuals, writing employee surveys and collecting employee data, implementing position results descriptions, training supervisors on legal issues, and delivered company-wide diversity training.

COMMUNICATIONS

Mediates groups wanting to resolve internal issues. Facilitates group meetings and retreats resulting in an action plan or other outcome. Ties to corporate based mission, vision, and core values and translate to actions.

Trains employees in basic communication skills such as giving and receiving feedback, dealing with conflicts, group dynamics, communication styles, and building trust. Has developed more than 40 programs for different companies. Has a strong background in developing self directed work team skills. Recently worked with companies wanting to build high performance work systems within their organization.

With a background in Dale Carnegie, Performax, as well as Zenger Miller training has fundamental knowledge with off-the-shelf programs. Can integrate these programs with corporate needs when desired.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Speaks to all kinds of groups on a variety of topics usually related to taking control of your life, making it what you want, and being your best. Has written four books: three on personal development Heartlights, Voyages, and Connections, one for managers, Tapping the Human Spirit.
