Leadership Styles

Participants in this course will become skilled at applying the concepts of Situational Leadership as a method of determining appropriate leader behavior. You will learn how a supervisor’s leadership style influences your staff’s performance. Also, you will be able to determine the basic levels of staff readiness and be able to match this with the best leadership style for improved performance and to correct performance issues. The workshop will begin with a self-assessment to determine your preferred leadership style, then the focus will be on adapting your style to be even more effective with those you manage.

The training begins with a self-assessment on each of these dimensions, then training is designed and tailored to address skill needs.
