Don’t Look Now, But . . . Effectively Dealing with Change

In today’s ever-fluctuating world, it’s not enough for companies to recognize that the way they do business needs to change. They must also know how to make changes quickly, effectively, and economically. This workshop will focus on how to change rather than on what to change. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to explain the seven dynamics of change, discuss the power of paradigms relative to change, explain the emotional responses to change, describe the stages of adjusting to change, and demonstrate effective leadership strategies for each stage.
