Teleselling Skills

This course focuses on basic selling skills and best practices in the teleselling industry. Participants will learn key skills for success with consultative selling including pre-call planning, establishing call objectives, powerful call openers, effective questioning skills to uncover prospect needs, explaining product/service benefits, handling objections, closing the call, and using the sales pipeline to manage selling activity. The training includes self-assessments, exercises, and case studies.
